For now, please call or text us to book your next appointment and we will find a time that works for you and your dog.
Please give us 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
No-Show Policy
Your appointment time is reserved just for your pet. When an appointment is missed without notice, that time can't be offered to another dog who needed it.
Cancellations & rescheduling: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
No-shows & late cancellations: No-shows or same-day cancellations may be subject to a fee, and repeated no-shows may require a deposit to book future appointments.
Late arrivals: Please arrive on time. Arriving late may mean we have to shorten or reschedule the groom out of fairness to the next appointment.
Thank you for understanding and for respecting Kristy's time. It helps us give every dog the calm, careful attention they deserve.
